I have tried reinstalling the MacOS Workspace client, but this didn't help. I have also also approached tech support for the company who provisioned the Workspace for me (in this case, I am a contractor logging into a Workspace they have provided for me) and they can't find anything wrong, suggesting this is a specific bug or problem with the MacOS Workspace client (this is born out by the same Workspace working fine on iPadOS) Download Citrix Workspace App, Citrix ADC and all other Citrix workspace and. The exact same Workspace works fine on the Workspace client for iPadOS, suggesting that the Workspace in question is fine, but that the problem is with the MacOS Workspace client.
